Pros
Flexible hours. Very nice people. Laid back environment. Not too much micromanaging even though I was straight out of school, but support and mentorship when wanted/needed. Overall, all things considered, it's a fantastic place to work right out of school.
Cons
Not as good compensation as other similar companies (Agilis/Pratt) but not too bad. Also, the work could get boring at times and I feel like I am just paper pushing sometimes but I imagine that's everywhere.
