    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Belectric full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Solar Design, Clean Energy, nothing else.

    Cons

Company is now being managed by a failing balance sheet. If you join, expect to last no more than 1 year (Average Employment there). Okay they had over 4 or 5 layoffs within the last 2 years alone. This is a crazy company. It has a lot of rude employees too. Run far, run fast, unless if you have no other option !!

    Advice to Management

The CEO, Financial manager, and engineering manager, do not care about your company in the USA. In fact, the last two dislike the fact that the US branch is reporting to Germany.

I worked at Belectric full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Using green technology and very interesting projects. Still young company with a lot of room for growth and many possibilities. Great compensation and benefits during time of employment. Enjoyed working with many of the original staff. There were a lot of team building field trips.

    Cons

Lack of consistent projects. Lack of collaborative atmosphere. Micromanagement and departmental competitiveness contributing to errors and possible loss of revenue. Current senior management may have changed motivation.
