Finance team is great! They're very friendly and more than willing to help out if you need it. The roles and expectations are clearly defined and there's a lot of autonomy given in completing your tasks. Comp & Benefits are really good, too!

Sometimes the team can get so busy that training becomes an afterthought. You really have to advocate for yourself to continue to grow in knowledge and responsibilities.
