    Flexible, diverse roles. Relatively flat org structure.

    Cons

    Very political... not a good place for IT professionals.

    Get rid of inept directors..

    Pros

    being a large organization results in lots of new opportunities to move vertical.
    Great for starting off a career and getting a variety of different experiences.
    Some smaller teams are good and fun to work with.

    Cons

    The industry as a whole is stagnant and monopolistic--thus marketing is NOT top notch.
    large complex matrix organization -- so anything takes a lot of time to implement and get consensus.

    High turnover... hard to retain talent

    Senior management has very short tenure within the company, leading to the constant shifting of internal messaging and operating direction for the company.

    Great team rapport. The longer your service the longer vacation days, up to a total of 6 weeks!

    Cons

    The downside is dependent on the employee's state of being and mindset
