    Great company to work for with many opportunities. Great Team environment. Lots of possibilities for growth. Great benefits and RSSP matching. Management is great.

    Cons

    outsourcing of jobs, cap of salary, nothing really bad to say about Bell. If you have the desire and will you can make it anywhere in this company

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work. Keep the teamwork strong. Continue with job shadowing as it gives great opportunities to current employees looking to grow within the company

    Big organization. Many opportunities. Good bonus. Good team dynamic. Employee discount on Bell service.

    Cons

    Lack of leadership at director level. No prioritizing of projects. Director just wants to please VP. Low base salary.

    The great thing about Bell is that it is a huge company with all the big company benefits that comes with.

    Great team rapport. The longer your service the longer vacation days, up to a total of 6 weeks!

    Innovative company with major room for growth, very dynamic in regards to regular tasks. Many different opportunities to work with individuals from other teams to experience aspects from different parts of the company

    Cons

    Direction of team communication can cause confusion for daily tasks. Having to find clarity in certain parts of information and cross-info can cause headache and added effort needed to get accurate info.

    Advice to Management

    Keep lines of communication open and clear to create less hassle for team members, thus making everyone else's tasks seamless and less encumbered.
