    Bell is a big company that have a very good technical engineer that you can learn from.

    Decent salary, good health benefits

    Cons

    Terrible culture, company does not care about it's employees or customers. Middle management is either incompetent, pressured by upper management, or both.

    Fire sale. Gut the entire company and rethink your business model.

    You have a day, any day in the year, where you can call and say : "I'm not coming today", and your excuse : I'm taking President day.

    You get to work a lot of saturdays and sundays, up to midgnight

    Pros

    Good pay, good benefits, the biggest plus ends up being the colleagues you work with. Working with computers is fun.

    Cons

    Poor training, terrible management, managers are slaves to corporate, turn around of employees is very high, work to life balance is deplorable.

    Advice to Management

    Be more honest with employees, anticipate their family and life needs, stop threatening employees with draconian targets, stop punishing employees by leveraging them against satisfaction surveys sent to clients.

    Pay was decent including monthly bonus, working at home.

    Cons

    due to recent fail attempts for a union, management starting laying off employee one in batches, KPI was nearly impossible to meet as months goes by.

    Value your employee and they will work for what you believe in.
