I have been working at Bell Canada full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - If you are recruited through New Grads Program, you have a lot of opportunities to advance your career - Good benefits (pay, insurance, pension, discounts, etc.) - Not much overtime

    Cons

    - If you are NOT recruited through New Grads Program, you have very few opportunities to advance. Management tend to hire external candidates, and there aren't many new postings due to corporate-wide cost-cutting - Too much politics and bureaucracy - Teams tend to work competitively rather than cooperatively - Short-term result is favored over long-term result
