    Cons

Industry is always evolving and can be challenging to stay ahead of curve to beat the competition. Not enough hours in a day to get the work done, so sometimes need some overtime.

I have been working at Bell Canada full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

competitive pay, good benefits, linked to BELL for employee discounts. Company has made serious leaps and bounds towards their offering to both their customers and their employees over the last few years and seems to be trending that way.

    Cons

Hard to have your voice heard, very bureaucratic and slow moving in response to new ideas and suggestions to improve.

    Advice to Management

Clear out some of the slow moving parts in upper management that bog down the rest of the company
