    Used to have a great IT management , then EDS destroyed IT.

    Cons

    Failed officers who sold IT

    Successful IT employees should hire their officers

    Great benefits and great opportunities for career growth and advancement, Was able to work from home sometimes.

    Cons

    Very high pressure and stress. Worked a lot of long hours and weekends.

    Great people, trust within the company to always do the right thing.

    The good old boy network

    BellSouth was taken over by AT&T in 2007 and respect for the company was lost. Regain that respect.

    Pros

    They always had room for advancement. Started out in inside sales and within 3 years was working on global accounts

    Cons

    If you chose to move up the ladder you also had to move. Not everyone wanted to be in Atlanta or Nashville.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management was always fair and to the point
