I worked at Bellagio part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Awesome co workers, some friendly managers (when they want to be) and paid meal breaks. Some scheduling flexibility.

    Cons

Don’t recommend this position for an experienced personal trainer, be prepared to fold towels for 6-8 hours and be micromanaged and feel beneath most. And Communication with most management is non existent. My manager was very careless and did not seem to want to help at all.

    Advice to Management

Reply to your employees when they contact you, don’t blatantly ignore. At least that’s how it was in Spa Dept.
