    Pros

Free employee meals, 14 call out days to use without hassle. Good cumulative vacation days after 7 years. I think I max out at 26 days pto a year.

    Cons

No raise as a dealer. Doesn’t really keep up with inflation. 401k match is low. I think company match 3% for your 6% contribution. Average benefits. I pay $76 per paycheck direct care single coverage. They have perks but isn’t any major discount.

Perfect for teens and a really good wage

    Pros

When I worked at bellagio, the pay was 11 dollars but when I left the pay went up to 13 dollars per hour. The team is nice as well. Managers are really chill. It was just a really cool experience when I worked.

    Cons

The only thing bad about this job is that if you want specific days off, you have to fight with the main pool manager to get those days off and make sure she respects them. Otherwise, that’s the only issue.
