    I have work 40 hours but I can do without the politics

    Cons

    There is none that I know of just the management don't know how to run their department .and I think the towers need upgraded

    Advice to Management

    They should be more understanding and not loom at you like they are better than their worker we are the reason the get good reviews .

    Seasonal employment. Good co-workers. Decent perks for staff.

    Cons

    Strict on clocking in/out and being generally treated like a cog in a bigger corporate machine.

    Advice to Management

    Be more trusting of staff and trust employees to get the work done that they need to do.

    Pros

    Beautiful setting. Friendly people. Great Restaurants. Beautiful retail shops. The retail managers work with there workers and help make sure that all the works knows there part in the sale of there products. A fun place to be at.

    Cons

    Take in consideration that employee need to be off when there is something going on in there personal life. Be more understanding.

    Advice to Management

    It is great that there are workers that love to work, but do not let them work all the time by themselves. It should be two works all the time.

    Pros

    I loved working for Bellagio and MGM Resorts International. Everyone treats you with respect, even the executives. It was a great environment. It even has a great employee dining room!

    Cons

    Working on holidays, but you get holiday pay, so it is not really a con. ;)

    Advice to Management

    Continue treating your staff with respect!

    I have been working at Bellagio full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    It is the "Union house" so benefits are good and it is not easy to get fired (unless you kill someone 😂)

    Cons

    Management is now ONLY concerned about money and they do not care any more about guests. Most important things is to get that dollar out of the guests pocket and they DO NOT CARE if guests don't come back any more.
    They treating employees as a number only.
    Food in EDR sucks

    Advice to Management

    Read previous paragraph (cons.) and start paying attention on what your employees trying to tell you and start treating them as a valuable asset as well as guests.
