Nouveau riche clients are insufferable, a serious lack of talent among staff, and general incompetence in running an upscale club.

I worked at Bellevue Club part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great work environment as an athletic sales representative and in the spa. The employees in this area really function as a team, and I grew some real, lifelong friendships here. It was an excellent part time job with dependable 10hrs a week that could sometimes turn into 20+ if shifts were open.

    Cons

There isn't much room to move upwards unless you are very patient. You're serving a very entitled segment of the population and it can be really quite annoying.

I have been working at Bellevue Club part-time

    Pros

friendly staff and great faculty the pool takes care of its self and there is very little matinance work for you as a lifeguard

    Cons

sometimes the schedule can get changed rather quickly and they can having you ask around for someone to come in and cover a shift if someone doesn't show up for work.

    Advice to Management

there are great people working here they all seem to want to have the best for their employees to work well together.

    Pros

Sometimes you get to see influential people walk through the club.

    Cons

Rare chance to get raises. Employees very much underpaid. Other clubs in the area pay more. Major politics.
