    Great networking opportunities within the company (domestic and globally)

    Cons

    Sometimes difficult to track the proper information or to know which person is the expert on a certain thing. You have to ask your contacts for advice and for people recommendations a lot.

    Cons

    Long 12-hour work days, swing shift (2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights), work every other weekend, work some holidays

    The pay is awesome. Management is attentive. Challenging to the level you want it to be.

    It is repetitive. The hours can be difficult if you work nigh shift.

    Pros

    Pay is good for the area, without needing a college degree. Schedule isn't too bad working straight days all of the time.

    Cons

    lack of formal communication between co-workers. Supervisors tend to look the other way when confronted about some issues. Only some supervisors though.

    Doesnt train a person very long hot evironment some workers were nice some rude

    Train people longer make sure they know they are 100% on how and what they are gonna be able to do the job correctly
