I have been working at Ben Jen Online full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Medical benefits are offered to all full time employees and we are allowed to work remotely. It's nice not having to commute in every day.

    Cons

Given that most meetings are not mandatory, there is some disorganization and confusion among lower levels of management. Employees are spread out geographically and makes it harder to have a meeting with everyone at once.

    Advice to Management

Mandate meetings between the different levels of management to ensure everything is being done as efficiently as possible

I have been working at Ben Jen Online full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

paid vacation time, paid sick days, variety of choices for health and dental benefits for the family, competitive salary, discounted njtransit commuter passes

    Cons

getting reimbursed for expenses is a tedious process and does not always show up right away. also company vehicles frequently break down and have to use our own personal vehicles or have to deal with poor response times from towing companies.

    Advice to Management

I was referred by a friend to apply and work at the company and so far everything has been a relative positive experience. I do however noticed that meetings aren't mandatory. If they aren't mandatory, how do you make sure everything that is communicated is heard and understood by everyone?

Sometimes there are a lot of high expectations and its hard to meet them, but I usually try to work through them all.
