    Financial restrictions, lack of knowledge of, and infrastructure to support clinical pharmacy services.

    Seek practice alignment with the rest of the country

    CO-workers are helpful. Good work experience.

    Cons

    Not enough Sufficient Staffing, budget cuts. Insurance quality and hoop jumping worsened.

    Pros

    You don't. Have to work just hide and you'll get hired .

    Cons

    Word like a dog. Never be late never call in and youll get fired.

    Advice to Management

    Keep your good hard working people . Get rid of the lazy trash . especially the ones that hide in the blood gas room . Dont hire out of housekeeping .

    People were of good quality. Always something different to work on.

    Cons

    Managers, supervisors, and most directors were not people friendly and only cared about the politics of their position.

    Working closely with senior physicians, fellows, residents and medical students, providing education and support for physicians, nursing, pharmacy and patients.

    Cons

    No infrastructure or support for clinical pharmacy services.

    Advice to Management

    Re-appoint/re-create position for Inpatient Clinical Pharmacy Manager

    Pros

    I love working in kitchen area because got a chance to talk to patients and got to make menus for their needs because thry were cancer patients and they were all special.

    Cons

    The supervisor was not totally fair in things that happen in the kitchen she overlook in things.

    Advice to Management

    My opinion change the main supervisor to one that is fair.
