    Pros

    Many Nice people once you get to know them. Nice steady Paycheck and Bonuses. Many opportunities to learn new processes and things at same level pay for say. Very flexible with hours and overtime as well as paid time off.

    Cons

    Not much career growth opportunities. CEO not very friendly as well as other staff. You can say good morning and they completely ignore you. You can be there for years and go up for a higher position but never elected. Someone else from outside is elected or someone that has been there for a couple years. You first walk in to a line of duty and everyone seems territorial maybe due to the amount of years that they have worked there. HR is really not responsive to certain policy rules to those that are veterans and only to those that are new. Rules and policy is reinstated randomly when someones complaints but there is really never anything done about it. I have seen drunk people operating heavy machines, harassment and discrimination and never knew the outcome of it. Pay scales get raised but its a joke sometimes .2 cents or something of that sort. Reviews and pay scales never really match to a person that really tries hard to do everyones work. Sometimes Supervisors never really see these things unless the employee tells the supervisor. Sometimes you or an employee that is working in the company may not be as outspoken (or Brag) and just goes to work to do their job. That they at times get that reviews because they're not noticed while others go and visit many other coworkers during the day to chit chat.

    Advice to Management

    It would be actually nice to go by the policy and the rules that are given to the company. Also be able to give equal opportunities to race and employees overall to expand their career and success. It is not too much to say that looking at staff currently; the atmosphere and career opportunities is not cultural diverse. There is only one culture most kept and less Reduced in staff. Being able to be equal and consistent to a all employees and not only to some is very essential. The pay scale also needs some consideration for growth.

    Pros

    *Manufacturing and front office personnel are second to none.
    *Working personnel have good motives and continue to strive for excellence.
    *Very cohesive workforce.
    **However, with the lack of support from leadership and resources even your best workforce gets "beat up" around the edges.
    * 2016- Corporate leadership removed Plant Manager- Excellent move!
    * Number of site leaders- repeated demoted and " Let go! ". Excellent move!

    Cons

    * Poor Tactical Leadership
    * Lack of Invigorating Leadership
    * Lack of internal/cohesive and consistent operation and management processes.
    * No robust, interlinked knowledge engineering and manufacturing best practices systems.
    * No outward indications of site personnel or leadership morale

    Advice to Management

    * Your metrics are clear! Stop the "Sucking sound". Close/ relocate plant back to California.
    * Assist the loyal personnel locally with other placement.
    * This site was & is a runaway train!
    * Poor corporate "Hands On" presence to generate operating norms integrated by personal impromptu "visits" to validate oversight to continue to drive excellence.

    Pros

    I was under a good management. I get to learning many topics including network, security, system, storage, backup...etc.

    Cons

    New CIO aboard and let go our direct manager. Then hire outside IT consultants to take over our jobs. Too much office politics. We wasted so much time on dealing different managers' finger-pointing instead on the project itself.

    Advice to Management

    Be kind.
