    People at the site level are great to work with, most have passion to get the job done right whatever it take

    Not a lot of opportunity for internal promotions or training

    would like to see more diversity in management, take ideas from people actually doing the work and from the data

    Work on different products ranging from medical devices to defense

    Cons

    Management could be improved. Also, pay for interns is low. Would recommend to bump it up to at least $20

    Benchmark has good benefits and for the most part good employees.

    People are not kept in the loop, and the people assigned projects do not involve everyone that is required.
