If you work at Benchmark Electronic machin shop, you will meet many friendly people, the manegers do a good job to help the machinist to acomplish their task.

    Cons

The work hours are a little too long, also they ask you to overtime a lot.

I worked at Benchmark Electronics (More than 10 years)

    Pros

It was a great place to work. I would do it all over again.

    Cons

Work depends on how well other companies are doing and right now work is slow. 2nd shift can be shut down at any time. I did not like not having a job after putting in 17 years of hard work. In the 17 years that I put in I only was not able to work my full shift 5 times.

    Advice to Management

Just need to keep an open mind to bring new work into Benchmark.

I worked at Benchmark Electronics full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good management team and supervision. Good training and supportive debug team. Supportive leadership to aid in job completion and trainings.

    Cons

Not many cons over the summer period that I worked. I would always check for opportunities to diversify your work experience, because management doesn't usually invite you to.

    Advice to Management

I would advise training full-time employees in many different areas. That way, the temporary hire folks from Manpower may not be necessary in fluctuating demands.
