I have been working at Bending Spoons full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

-ownership, responsibility and trust from day 1 .
-flexibility, not just in work/life balance but also as work exploration. Any idea is considered, discussed and can be taken into your own hands.
-Tribe, everyone here works hard but also supports one another, retreats and team-building activities are just superb.

    Cons

-Honestly, there are no cons I can think of. This place will ask a lot from you in terms of time, effort, responsibility etc (as any successful place will), but it will also give back A LOT MORE than you can imagine.

    Advice to Management

-Keep it up like this, especially as we move towards a more bigger company and future.
P.S. don't let those bad reviews (ie "Glassdoor comments are fake") get you down, there will always be #haters - I guess it is just too good to believe it's really true.

I have been working at Bending Spoons full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It happened that, in the middle of my 20-days holiday and having to wait a long time for the next train, I decided to open Slack to see what the team was up to. Thanks to a full disabling of all notifications, I luckily had enough reading to do while waiting, and as I went through all the messages I learnt that back home the team was in full swing, closing offers and celebrating like crazy. I felt a pang of longing and, to my surprise, I realized that I missed work. I promise you, I was with excellent company and having fun, but I honestly think this is one of the few companies that make you wish you had planned shorter holidays because of how much you miss your team. It's pure hell :)

    Cons

Since I'm happy at work, I don't know what to complain about when I go out with my friends. That makes me a very dull company, apparently.

    Advice to Management

    Thank you peeps! ❤️

I have been working at Bending Spoons full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Everyone's opinion matters. You give and receive constant feedbacks and you're
always encouraged to share your ideas and concerns.

    - Lots of benefits: jaw-dropping office, fridge always full of healthy food, and paid retreats around the globe!

    - Data-driven environment.

    - Young, ambitious and extremely talented colleagues you'd immediately want to grab a beer with.

    - Flexibility and transparency are not just empty words you can find in a brochure.

    Cons

I found myself usually working more than the average 40 hours/week even if I was never asked to. Well, it never bothered me - guess that's what happens when you love your job! But I suppose someone could count this as a con.
