Work-from-home, flexible hours, friendly environment, trust toward the employee, transparency and equality, delicious free food, awesome relax areas, tons of team building activities, retreats, welfare program, healthcare insurance... They aim for the stars and you absolutely want to be aboard that rocket!

Cons

The office is located in the most modern part of the city, which is a top-rated location for branding, but it's difficult to reach if you don't live in the center of Milan (which is crazy expensive).

- Difficult to propose new ideas, they are open, but there is no culture about creating new project or doing hackatons - Too much feature driven, maintenance always less important

- Amazing people - Unbelievable attention to the wellness of the employees - Total transparency - Opportunities to work with truly-talented minds Honestly, I don’t care how much somebody else is willing to pay me. I don’t want to work anywhere else; I’m devoted to the people here as if they were my family.

Cons

- A lot of work to do. But if you are not scared about this, you can learn, grow, and accomplish more here than anywhere else.

Cons

- The only con I can thing of is that, in the (very unlikely) event that I was to move to another job, I'm afraid that the standard that Bending Spoons has set for what a company should be would be too high to make anything else satisfactory.

Pros

- Very talented and wholesome colleagues. They are not only brilliant but also nice people to be around. - Almost no hierarchy and very accessible people. The founders are involved in lots of activities and are the most hard-working people in the company. - Great benefits: you won't need to buy food ever again, as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks are provided every working day. There are monthly... team-building activities (Go-Karts, Mixology classes...) and yearly retreats in exotic locations around the world. Very generous relocation package and complementary medical insurance. - Company culture: Everyone is very honest and open, and giving and receiving feedback is at the core of the company's values. The founders and the employees really care about each other and about making everyone thrive to the fullest. - You are given a lot of freedom on how to approach tasks and even on what tasks you choose to do.

Pros

This is the greatest place to work. You have the possibility to: - Work with highly talented people that at the same time are very kind and try to support you whenever you need some help (both on the workplace and in private life) - Have full transparency and top of the market salaries, benefits - Participate to yearly retreats all around the world (TWO retreats in 2019) and monthly team bonding activities -... Work on widespread products, you feel you can make a difference since your day one on something impacting millions of people around the world - The founders are the hardest workers in the company, they are not "bosses" but "leaders" - Values and culture of the company are incredible - Be part of a tribe, most of your colleagues soon become friends

Cons

There are no cons, actually. The only one is that you have lots and lots of work to do, but this is not properly a con, is something you WANT to do in this amazing workplace.

Pros

It's a very engaging environment, everything was created to make you feel at the center of the process, as a precious resource. Besides you can feel the freedom with flexible working hours (and days) and work where you want.

Cons

I'm not sure it's a bad thing, but the projects here require a lot of effort and dedication.

Pros

You are free to experiment, the creativity you lost over the years returns like a fresh wave. Workmates are most of the time just like you, as the time pass by you can find "a family" here.

Cons

You cannot just stop working. You are always connected, someone will write to you (not in a dangerous way) but in this way, it's difficult to let the mind go free.

Advice to Management

Be in Bending Spoons is amazing, we have everything and more. For me, living this is like a dream come true but I feel that some people take advantage of all the benefits we have. It could be wise to remind to everyone that this is not the usual place to work, and if we want to keep it like this we need to respect it.
