    Pros

They provide you with the freedom and support to do what is necessary to do a good job. Smart IT staff with a very unique product.

    Cons

Because it is a family owned business sometimes movement to get things done is slower than one might like to see. Lack of communication and feedback to employees.

    Advice to Management

Communicate better with employees at all levels. Provide some insight as to how the company is doing quarterly as it relates to revenues and goal achievment and where we are headed.

only 10.00 an hour for everyone working there, even people who have been there longer then five-ten years. Some even had a pay cut. No raises, no growth, sucks!!

    Advice to Management

I worked at Benefit Recovery full-time

    Pros

Good company to work for. You are trained well and people believe in helping one another.

    Cons

The pay is not good. For the work that is required daily, the pay should reflect that also. It's a production job, so you are always on alert trying to make sure you reach your production for that day.

    Advice to Management

More pay. A lot is required of workers, but little is offered.

    Pros

Weekends off, Co-Workers are great, great deli next door

    Cons

Stressful work environment, they nit pick everything you do from the Time you clock in until you leave, HR pretends to care but they really dont, if you get sick and don't have pto your sol, ridiculous point system you literally get a point for everything and if you have an emergency and can t come to work you get a point for lack of production, get up to 10 points and your fired.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the point system, no wonder you have so many unhappy employees that quit.

    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Not much of a dress code

    Cons

There isn't room for growth. They are real strict with overtime. There aren't any incentives. Most of the employees wait for you to mess up so they can report you to a supervisor.
