I worked at Benefit Recovery full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great atmosphere, casual dress code, easy work, great pay

I loved what I was working on, it was great start during our first training period. Their was so much to learn and look forward to.

    Cons

Worked on contract, not even 2 weeks in I got laid off. NO WARNING AT ALL. SAID I WAS ON MY PHONE TOO MUCH, WE ARE ALLOWED TO LISTEN TO MUSIC ON OUR PHONES. I WAS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS JOB. COMPLETELY UNEXPECTED, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL.

    Advice to Management

Communicate with your employees! At least give A WARNING!

    Pros

Weekends off, Co-Workers are great, great deli next door

    Cons

Stressful work environment, they nit pick everything you do from the Time you clock in until you leave, HR pretends to care but they really dont, if you get sick and don't have pto your sol, ridiculous point system you literally get a point for everything and if you have an emergency and can t come to work you get a point for lack of production, get up to 10 points and your fired.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the point system, no wonder you have so many unhappy employees that quit.

I worked at Benefit Recovery full-time

    Pros

Good company to work for. You are trained well and people believe in helping one another.

    Cons

The pay is not good. For the work that is required daily, the pay should reflect that also. It's a production job, so you are always on alert trying to make sure you reach your production for that day.

    Advice to Management

More pay. A lot is required of workers, but little is offered.

    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Not much of a dress code

    Cons

There isn't room for growth. They are real strict with overtime. There aren't any incentives. Most of the employees wait for you to mess up so they can report you to a supervisor.
