I worked at BenefitMall full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good Location, Great Pay, some great people to work with, nice professional building.

    Cons

Training needs work. There should be sessions or classes. Because the person training me, did not show me the shortcuts they used to do their job, they take you the long way so you screw up and they go tattle on or talk crap about your work.

    Advice to Management

None since they will do what they want to do anyway. Advice to employees Ask Questions if you want to keep your job!!!! But implement a few weeks training sessions for new hires....

I worked at BenefitMall full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I wish I had never left. Given the opportunity to go back I would as I should not have left fear determine my future.

    Cons

There were some things that needed to be refined as far as processes and compensation goes. There needs to be an open line of communication between executive management and regional employees.

    Advice to Management

Recognize those that are getting agents to work with the company. It is not easy and being able to do what you promise is the way to keep agents coming back.

I worked at BenefitMall full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent Comp Plan (or at least it was)

    Cons

For a benefit company the benefits they offer their employees are not very good. Also, their operations regarding the payroll side of the business continually loose clients. There are many other payroll companies that do a better job.
