Constant comedy. If you want to be amused at organizational mismanagement Plenty of time to work on finding another job.
Cons
1. Leadership is non existent. Sr management is more concerned with their future stock payout and making reservation at Oceanair for 'executive dinners' 2. Poor products. All of their products, ex a recently launched benefits tool, is a joke. There are so many bugs in the products. And what is being released is 2 years behind the competition. Pay and benefits - they pay well below market and their benefits, while slightly improved for 2015, are a joke. Cross functional support - basically, each group hates the other group. Go to market. Every launch is another train wreck. There was a focus for a few months last year to change how they went to market and bring in some new external people to help. The company couldn't deal with change and reverted back to their old, poor, yet comfortable ways of launching programs. Turnover. The dept I was in has had enormous turnover in the last year or so. They have no plan in place to manage turnover. Infact, managers pretty much talk with employees on how to leave and will even send you Job leads Sr mgmt changes. The CFO recently became president. Communication stopped. He won't listen to ideas. He will listen to problems but then makes it your problem. He says one thing and then communicates something completely different to other executives causing confusion and basically sets a group (or you) for failure.

Pros
The individual employees in my office were amazing. That was the only perk of this terrible company
Cons
Management is a mess. They reorganize their management scale on a quarterly basis. They have no respect for any obligations outside of work. Pay is not worth. Benefits are an atrocity. The health program is ridiculously expensive and unfair to anyone who is not already a marathon runner. Case load is unmanageable. Treatment of employees is terrible. Overtime is not approved but you are required to stay late and adjust your schedule accordingly. Overtime will not be paid and they will illegally adjust your time card. Interview mentioned growth potential but there is none in this company. Entry level of career level. Employees were asked to risk their lives to get to the office or risk an unexcused absence due to dangerous weather.

Pros
Work from home currently, eventually hybrid though so not looking forward to that. Especially with gas prices. Lots of benefits but you definitely pay for them, pretty highly. Uses up to date systems and there's rarely crashes, etc.
Cons
They offer all these carrots to try and placate workers on the low pay. But you have to be active to be eligible for the prizes. And I'm not talking a check, I'm talking Starbucks gift cards, etc. Last quarter there were drawings for gift cards on a spine wheel. The wheels was so tiny, I couldn't even find my name! They give below inflation raises as well. When the average CEO is currently making 350 times that of their lowest paid worker, and they claim we're stable and doing well as a company. In January alone, we saw a 7% inflation spike. But our raises are only 3-4%? Not so people oriented as they claim.

Pros
Great company as far as ethics and diversity. Great at work/life balance.
Cons
Does not pay anywhere near industry standards. As a General Agency employees are expected to retain a lot of knowledge and be experts with very low pay.
