        Pros

        Zero. It was a job.

        Cons

Worst job I have ever had. No work/life balance. Crap pay, even crappier benefits for being a 'benefitmall' and management sucked. At least in the WPB office.

Today HR called me for telling me that they are interested in hiring me (we discussed salary and starting date to draft the contract) but they have to wait till end of next week since by company policy the position has to stay x days opened in the internal website. They do not expect anyone to apply but they can send me the contract only by the 10 Oct. Should I sent a thank you note again after this conversation?

For all people working in Big4 and other big companies when the job application asks for the local language how true is it? My local office asks for the local language in their job postings but I know there are some people who do not speak it. If I apply for a position that asks for the local language what are my chances? Manager

Do you have to interview again if you didn’t get the job the first time but the HM wants you to apply to the additional positions that opened up a few months after?
