Can be fast paced with higher time commitments during specific periods throughout the year.
- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
I have been at Benistar for a few years. I think this company is definitely and has a significant amount of room to grow even further. They do a good job translating that growth into benefits for employees. Whether that is pay, advancement, actual benefits, or the fact that all employee's are owner and benefit from their work.
Cons
Because it is a smaller company it is very possible to be regularly asked to do things outside of your standard job description or comfort zone. If you want to pick something and dig into it, you might be disappointed with the amount of time you spend doing non-standard stuff. This might be different from department to department.

If you are detail oriented and patient, I really believe there is growth here.
Cons
If you are not detailed oriented and patient, not the place to be.

Pros
If you're looking for work to live, not live to work - this is a great job! Good benefits, supportive of family environment, low stress.
Cons
Few opportunities to advance in company. This is a job, not a career.
