I have been working at Benore Logistic Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

None none none none none none none none none none none none none how many times to I have to write none!

    Cons

The owner's only real concern is their next house or plane. They care very little for their employees. The company is hemorrhaging. Whatever you do, do not get injured on the job! They were at fault, passed it off to workers comp, and charge you extra to catch up on missed health insurance payments while you were out healing from their mistake.

    Advice to Management

Open your eyes and you may actually figure out why nobody stays any longer than they have too.

    Pros

Great people to work with and wish more would stay long term. Performance review and merit increases are never timely.

    Cons

No 401(k) match is forcing many senior leaders to move. Additionally there is rarely any upward movement or advancement opportunities.

I have been working at Benore Logistic Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It's steady and you have a job...

THEY DO PAY OVERTIME AND YOU'LL GET ALL 70 HOURS OF YOU WANT IT

You really have to try hard to get fired here...

    Cons

Lots of baby truck drivers who complain and run to the office, gossip runs wild here and it makes a tough day for what should be easy.

The biggest problem I see is the base pay ...

They can't afford to fire the drivers that are causing issues because they keep losing better drivers who move on to better companies...

    Advice to Management

Starting pay increased to at least 19 per hour with 8 to 10 hour days and 4 or 5 day work weeks accordingly. Limit overtime to as little as possible and only for absolutely necessary situations ... Drivers would feel better working less hours and making the same money, plus other better quality, more dependable, harder working, and safer drivers would come to work for Benore and stay there... A person shouldn't have to work 60+ hours per week to bring home the bacon... Fake bacon at that...

I worked at Benore Logistic Systems full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There isn't any pros about this company. The turnover rate is too much for it to be any pros. No pros!!

    Cons

The pay for the work you do is minimal. Drivers don't get paid enough for the hard work and lies they get told. No one in management is accountable. Making money is more important than lives lost.

    Advice to Management

Pay drivers and staff more and there will be less turnover! Make the facilities better and take out the vending machines and replace them with a snack bar that's healthy! Give the drivers a real break room to where they can relax! Build a gym instead so that drivers don't have to drive 20 and thirty minutes to go somewhere and work out. Make sure management has more accountability! Provide more opportunities for hard workers! Too many senior people are ruining and running the company in the ground.

I worked at Benore Logistic Systems full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good people who work very hard.

    Cons

Not treated well, disparate treatment and no opportunity for advancement. Supposed to receive yearly reviews and be compensated accordingly. It had been years.

    Advice to Management

Forget all of the expensive, wasteful compensation hiring programs. Instead pay hard working, loyal drivers and staff a more competitive wage. Perhaps turnover would lessen.

    Pros

Local work. Hourly pay with time and a half after 40. Easy work. Very hard to get fired. BMW account shuts down for at least a week at Christmas and 4th July. 50+ hours per week. If you like a lot of hours this is for you.

    Cons

$16 per hour to start. 2% raise per year. Probably going to be on nights the first year. Don't recognize hard workers. It's just a job. Do the job, keep realistic expectations, be patient and you'll be fine.

    Advice to Management

Pay a longevity bonus every year to keep experienced drivers. Keep the employees you have instead of constantly hiring and paying sign on bonuses for new employees.

    Pros

OK to work for decent insurance

    Cons

Long hours underpaid forced to work major overtime don't care about you you're just a number management doesn't care driver's will trash truck not clean up after themselves within the last few months two drivers have lost their lives due to being fatigued because of the amount of hours that we have to work the dispatchers don't really care they're really don't work with you

    Advice to Management

Wake up benore owners and management that we need to do a better pay package with better days off instead of split days off so we may have family time

I have been working at Benore Logistic Systems full-time

    Pros

You work 12 hour shifts on A shift 5am to 5pm or B shift 5pm to 5am five days one week and 2 days the next. The job wears on you on the 3rd day, but the co-workers are descent.

    Cons

Not the best insurance, but at least no penalty at income tax time

    Advice to Management

Smile throughout the day and not just when you are going through the door when it's time to go home
