    Pros

The President is extremely intelligent, friendly and dedicated! She is always putting the students first and has tremendous compassion for them. She wants to see them all succeed. I have never experienced such dedication and compassion for students so I have great admiration for her.

    Cons

There are some faculty who are out of touch. Simply been there too long and are not aware of the world outside of academia.

I worked at Bentley University part-time

    Pros

Lot of great people to work with and great work environment. Jobs will keep you busy and constantly helping you learn more every day

    Cons

Sometimes can be very hard to move up without a degree. you need to stay in position for a while before moving up and around.

    Advice to Management

Make it easier to move up and around. it stinks to be sitting in the same position for years without a chance to move up.

I worked at Bentley University full-time

    Pros

Excellent caliber of people to work with. Generous paid time off, free education, many other freebies and perks. Low stress environment. Free parking. Long holiday break and 4 day work week during the summer.

    Cons

Low pay. Health benefits are not what they once were. Constant department restructuring doesn't let anyone feel at ease that their job is safe. Virtually no opportunities for advancement. Very little remote work option. Not an easy location to get to from the highway.

    Advice to Management

Stop trying to fix something that isn't broken.
