    Positive Outlook

I worked at Benu Press full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Small company allowed for personable experience with all levels of management. Worked my way up from Sales Operations to Sales Associate, to Sales Executive. Growth was encouraged.

    Cons

Changes in focus with new product and investment strategy lead to some disarray across the company. Showing signs of lack of focus in final months.

    Advice to Management

Leadership was great. Hard decisions to make with recent changes,

    Pros

    not much....free lunches on Tuesdays.

    Cons

Management truly does not treat the few employees they have there with much value. When I arrived my first week, for a company of about 16 employees in 2011 that 3 others aside from me were new (turnover?). There is no way I could meet that Mgr's expectation's as they were unreasonable.

I would look up in LinkedIn as to the number of staff worked there and how many are currently working there. Do you homework and you will see the high turnover.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and allow 360 degree feedback on managers as that will help guide you as to which manager is a good one and which one is a bully.
