    Pros

Fun industry, lots of problems to gain experience on, great people to work with

    Cons

High turnover, mandatory overtime many Saturdays

    Advice to Management

Put in an AC system, hire more people so you aren't wearing out the ones you have (as you are right now), buy new machines.

I worked at Beretta USA full-time

    Pros

In my experience, my honest opinion of "pros" are as follows: Hourly coworkers and friendships made with them are the best "pro" I can think of to list. Direct deposit of paycheck.

    Cons

In my experience, my honest opinion of "cons" are as follows: Training is a JOKE. Lying seems to be the native language of HR and management. Management is incapable and/or unwilling to listen to the people who actually run the antique equipment on a daily basis...that is when the equip is not broken down. Pay increases are nonexistent. It's almost as if they want this place to fail. Turnover rate is higher than a cats back. Main mgmt style is fear based. Production set at unrealistic numbers given the poor equip provided. Yet workers threatened with being written up if numbers aren't met. It does not pay to be loyal, hard-working or to go above & beyond for this company. Doesn't even receive a "thank you".

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with basic respect. LISTEN to the people who actually operate the machines, instead of the ones who (although brilliant) have no clue of the reality of working on the floor. Realize that recognition, promotion, pay raises and even simple, genuine "thank you" or "great job" or "I appreciate your effort" are much better motivation than the current fear based style of management currently utilized.

    Pros

There are no pros in working for this company. They are doomed to fail on the U.S. markets.

    Cons

Leadership sent from Italy to control U.S. employees. No understanding of the U.S. Market (especially in Law Enforcement and DOD). No respect for middle managers. No long term vision. Very poor leadership. Poor quality of products. Focus on growing the market for clothing. Have no idea how to truly market firearms in the U.S.A. Hide behind their brand name to sell while they could truly invest and get some real market share!

    Advice to Management

Let all Italian Directors and VP go back to Italy to handle your business. Hire real U.S. leaders that understand and care about the U.S. DOD and Law Enforcement markets. Care for your managers. A lot of them are hard workers and have good ideas that could actually help grow your business. Invest in the U.S. markets were it matters. Send your Italian leaders to management classes. Teach them how to handle your managers. If you ever want to grow hire Industry people and American leaders. Stop sending your 'failing' Italian leaders to the USA thinking they can make your brand great in the U.S.A

I worked at Beretta USA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

most hourly employees easy to work with, if you have 23 hours a day to devote to your work then this place is for you

    Cons

management team (one or 2 exceptions) rude to employees, no training, quality controls need improving, can't keep good employees, people have lives and families outside of work and management doesn't care

    Advice to Management

heard changes were coming (and some did) but there are still a couple more managerial changes that need to be made if you want to keep your employees, make good products the "first" time thru production and get a management team to work together instead of them talking about each other behind their backs and talking badly about their employees that work for them

    Pros

can do some really fun things, and be apart of some amazing experiences

    Cons

People are not rewarded for performance, but rather who they are friends with, or who they have relationships with.

    Advice to Management

its 2016, enough with the gender pay differences....stop chasing away everyone who is worth anything, and stop promoting your friends

I worked at Beretta USA full-time

    Pros

Health Insurance is cheap. There is espresso whenever you want.

    Cons

It is the worst place I have worked at in my career. Be warned of the Tennessee Campus and don't get blinded by the 500 year old company tag. Their employee turnover rate should speak for itself. The management is very bossy and rude. They will not listen. Talking behind somebodies back is a normal daily activity at Beretta. No professionalism and you will be made to do things that our not in your job description on a daily basis. No growth within the company. The building already has water leaks even though it is a new facility (with no climate control. It is hot inside!!)
You will not be appreciated for your work. The breaks are extremely short and there will be a mom behind you every single minute.

    Advice to Management

Step down from your positions and let the people who have knowledge do their job.
