A good bonus program that requires you to work a ton of hours. A Good office location.

Cons

The most toxic upper management I have ever experienced in my entire life. Get ready to be treated like cinderella and worked to death only for you to be talked down to like you are incompetent. There are so many cons that I could write a book to describe this firm and I still would not feel like enough has been said AVOID like the plague.

Useless meetings, mediocre company culture Is all about pretending. People are promoted on their capacity of sucking up to upper management not on their actual knowledge on the field. So if you are a good follower with 0 regard for who you are, That’s the place for you .
