    I worked at Berkshire Bank full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    A selective few of the employees made it easy to work with.

    Cons

    The company chances of promoting with in is very low. They dont promote with in because they under pay employees. The raises are horrible. The company lacks on hiring due to consistancy of hiring freezes which can go on for months. The management is horrible as well. Most of the managers dont care to get to know the branch itself.
