Public accounting has a crazy busy season, and BRC is no different. Although not as intense as a Big 4 firm, it’s the nature of the industry and it is a lot. Usually 55-60 hrs/wk.

I enjoyed working with most of the people in the office. They provided a great assortment of snacks in the break room, and frequent meals during busy season.

Getting stuck with coffee runs was annoying as someone trying to learn tax, but I guess that's what it means to be an intern.

There were lots of opportunities for growth at BRC because they were expanding rapidly by acquiring new offices. It was a great company culture that helped foster personal development.
Cons
I decided not to pursue full time employment with BRC only because they were not quite as competitive with salary as my other prospect.
