    I worked at Bernie & Phyl's Furniture full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The driving to different places meeting new people. And seeing the beautiful views..The pay wasnt bad as well and you got tips just about everyday.

    Cons

To far and have to work outside in all conditions. Sometimes the customers were miserable. Then sometimes in the morning when you have to set up your truck now I was ready for you should you have to wait all morning and lose time.

    Advice to Management

Need to be a little bit more organized every so often you pay got messed up. In these times where you had to wait an extra week just to get your pay from that week before.

    I worked at Bernie & Phyl's Furniture full-time

    Pros

Decent atmosphere for people that have been in the furniture business for awhile. Competitive wages and benefits for the industry.

    Cons

Very hard for someone new to the business to crack the sales team. You are expected to compete with some of the top sales staff in under 90 days.

    Advice to Management

Allow adequate floor time to new employees to show if they can make the grade or not. 42 days of actual on floor time is not enough to get a real read on most new hires
