Pros
Flexible work hours, you can come in early or late as long as you work your 8 hours.
Cons
Don't care about work life balance and continue to pile on work even when employees are well past capacity.

Pros
Great Training program: The training department does a really good job to prepare employees for their job. Competitive Benefits package. Advancement Opportunities: Managers are encouraged to work with employees to foster growth and plan out career at BAL). Great Culture: The managing partner is very communicative about BAL initiatives and regularly holds company 'town hall meetings' to answer question. Healthy work/life balance is strongly encouraged. Flexible schedule for employees. Awesome perks - Game rooms, employees are encouraged to take nap in the game room during the day if needed, ping pong tournaments, drink/snack cart, 'donut Thursday', casual dress, monthly company-wide birthday celebrations, 'Happy hour' to get to know your coworkers, etc.
Cons
Rapid growth means there is a lot of turn-over with employees; this is the case with a lot of large fast growing companies, however. Employees on the Production side have a lot of work since it's a high volume firm - you need to know this going in. You need to have a strong work ethic. Management needs more training on how to manage people since there are differing ways that some managers handle situations. There doesn't seem to be a set of procedures or standards that some managers follow. However, this is changing; Managers are now receiving more training and guidance.

Thanks for your comments. Love your list of pros... Work/life balance and diversity are on the top of my list, too. I hope our recruiters are providing realistic expectations regarding high cases as sometimes the workload can be heavy. Glad you are here!
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Coworkers were a pleasure to work with.
Cons
- Management is the WORST. Any errors/mistakes are automatically deflected upon the lower tier Employees. Don't own up to their own misguidance/mistakes. Also rude and unappreciative. - Micro Management. Despite being there for years, there is zero level of trust built. - No opportunities for growth. - Salaries below average for the Bay Area - No work life balance - A lot of stress/anxiety/tension
