I love my job, my coworkers, and the community I work in.

Administration lacks empathy and is too far removed from the work. Employees are not heard and administration gets defensive over any negative feedback, even when it is explicitly asked for.

The people you work with are great. Benefits are okay. Bert Nash is good to their employees, too, and they’re willing to listen to any concerns and ideas you may have.

Working in the community and with some clients can be very emotionally draining. Just make sure you know when to step back a little.
