    Allotted time for jobs are automatically chosen so schedule can sometimes cause problems with clients.

    Friendly work environment, always have your team to back you up. Educate people and help make a difference. Good benefits and 401k.

    Discount not the best. Most managers wont know how to help. Can get over run at times.

    It honestly wasn't a bad place to work, there are politics that go into every work environment but it seems like for the most part they do appreciate good employees.

    Some people could get away with anything, when they should be let go.

    Work is quick paced and challenging. Repairs will be on all sorts of machine from PC to Mac and Samsung

    Cons

    There is a lack of advancement once you become a Repair Agent. A different positions for advancement is rare and if it does come available it most likely won’t be in your store.

    Managers dont seem to care.
    Geek squad Co-workers have a Elitist attitude making it hard to be successful or learn new tasks.
    Lack of wanting to help the client, and more to make money off of them.
    Best buy Sales floor associates dont get commission but are graded on how much you sell.
    Some how you can sell a Negative amount?

    When you tell someone you're going to do something do it. That is called integrity.

    You shouldn't let your geek squad employee interrupt clients in the middle of explaining their issue just because the "10 mins is up" or that they will "just keep rambling"
