    Best Buy is a company that truly cares about their employees as we saw following the recent hurricanes and the company's response to ensure all employees and their families were safe and secure.

    Can't think of any- I have been with the company for 20 years.

    It's a great place to learn sales tactics,
    And learn about customer service

    Cons

    Mixed messages, leadership is to full of them selves, it's very clicky, By the time the message from corporate reaches store level it's so twisted around it has lost all meaning and intention.

    Practice what you preach. Listen to what the employees in the trenches have to say use their input to create a better work environment.

    Get original founder Richard Schulze back in the company as soon as possible to right the ship.
