No outlet to address concerns/ falls on deaf ears
Lack of quality hiring decisions, management concerned about head count instead of good knowledge and hard working employees

    Advice to Management

Do your job, take responsibility for the employees not doing their job instead of putting that work load on the backs of hard working employees. Be friendly and personable. Keep an open door policy so issues and concerns can be addressed without worry of repercussions

I have been working at Best Buy full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Fun
    Knowledge
    Brand
Company is good and fun when you have a good team and management that doesn't breathe down your back. If your team is stuck up, loud, not customer friendly then you'll have a bad experience.
Working with a good team will bring you guys jokes, fun times, and less stress.

    Cons

    Management
    Pay
    Unorganized
    Time Consuming

Management is always micromanaging all associates. Moving up in the company is all based on politics. If you don't suck up to management then goodluckk getting a full time or supervisor spot. Long days at times but having a good team will make it seem fast paced.
Some stores are very unorganized since most associates are lazy. Pay is good if you're in school but not good to make a career out of it.

    Advice to Management

    Less Micro Managing
    Respect Associates
    Better Pay
