    - Lots of hours if you have open availability

    - Some coworkers are unnecessarily competitive
    - Don't make commission
    - Depending on your experience, you could get paid minimum wage
    - No job security, easily fire people

    I worked at Best Buy part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Excellent team environment, was treated very well during my time there. Every level of management made sure employees were comfortable with their assignments and even during Best Buys busiest season when tensions were high, maintained an attitude of respect and integrity.

    Cons

    Salary wasn't great and the schedules were a bit inconsistent, which made it difficult to establish a routine.

    Team mentality and focused on making the employee experience as integrated as possible.

    Cons

    No commission as a sales rep but high demand for pushing sales which ultimately only goes to upper management.

    High employee turnover.
