    Pros

Best Buy is an amazing company to work for, for various reasons. First off, their excellent training sessions and modules prepare you not only for sales at Best Buy, but can be universally applied to any workplace. The company is very loyal to their employees and always wants you to succeed. Senior management is very involved with day to day happenings throughout the store, which is excellent to see.

    Cons

The pay rate for employees is not the greatest in the field but opportunity for advancement and recognition (resulting in pay increase) is easily attainable through hard work, and dedication.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work, 631!

    Pros

Best Buy provided thorough training and they really invest in employees. They are looking for people who are committed and willing to advance in the company.

    Cons

The pay is not the best. The job could also get a bit stressful, as expectation regarding sale numbers are high. There is no commission as well.

    Advice to Management

Sale Associates deserve a higher rate for their work. They are ultimately the ones who generate revenue and build customer relationships for the company.
