I have been working at Best Buy part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You build a great relationship with your co-workers

    Cons

    Poor management and poor pay

    Advice to Management

Take into account the employees well being, don't treat your associates like they are just gum on the bottom of your shoes. But most importantly, pay employees properly to their job duties or don't pay seasonal employees higher pay than some of the associates that have been there for years. I feel that employees would be happier and do their jobs with great effort if our pay reflected our jobs.
