    I’m good with technology, but not the best. I work best with phones, how to work them, and phone accessories mainly.

    Pros

    Flexible working hours. Depending on the store it is not a labor intensive job.
    There is training class to teach you how to sell better

    Cons

    May need to chase revenue goal. Every morning your revenue status is on the board. Need to sell more in order to reach revue goal.

    Advice to Management

    Conduct more one on one session, and set up more realistic goal. If the goal is too far it becomes hard to reach and decrease the motivation.
