    Pros

    Great pay for the type of work. Most retailers pay minimum wage.

    Cons

    Comes with the typical cons of retail, and Best Buy is very sales oriented so the sales team gets tons of perks and rewards for sales but Customer Service gets next to nothing and there's really no measurement of how well we are doing

    Overall a great job can often times be super slow which will drag your shift out very long.
    The pay isnt bad

    Pros

    Awesome employee discount. They took care of their employees when needed and would do anything to satisfy both the employee and customer. Worked here three years and was a fun adventure.

    Cons

    Nothing really bad to say at all. Except for the first store i worked for. To much favoritism in the workplace and didn't care about the employees.
