    Pros

Best Buy is a good job with a lot of positions that offers anyone to grow, It is also a place that is full of second chances so it is very hard to lose your job.

    Cons

People you work with can be incompetant at times, but thats what you will recieve when you do not work in professional america. If the people that worked at Best Buy were all great they wouldn't be working in Best Buy they would be working at some other higher paying job. Just remember not to sweat the small stuff.

    Advice to Management

I can only speak to experience of this one store that I work for but making sure things are consistent and that the management is well organized.

    Pros

Employees are very friendly. Having fun on the job is imminent. Direct supervisor is the only good supervisor in the store. Discount is amazing, 5% above Best Buy's cost! Non-commission sales is good too, for the most part.

    Cons

Management team have mood swings constantly. Management team needs a reboot and start listening to their employees ideas more. Things get implemented but never stay in effect for more than a week. Pay could be better as well for the employees that really bust their asses.

    Advice to Management

    Step it up!
