I worked at Best Buy full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Sometimes they fed us, if you were a favorite, you got nominated for awards, one of mine included stocks that I just sold for over 2 grand.

    Cons

Management has no idea what they’re doing, so they don’t actually know how to train the kids they hire and make you responsible for. Keep in mind, you can get fired for inexperienced, lazy teenagers not doing their jobs, but you can’t make them do their jobs. You lose, end of story.

I worked at Best Buy part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Discount was ok, but accommodations went downhill fast

    Cons

Management doesn't care about employees or customers, only pushing credit cards and TTS. Branded payments are essentially the only measure of success.

I worked at Best Buy part-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Competitive salary, flexible scheduling, enjoyable teammates

    Cons

Tons of in store politics, district level management and above couldn't care less about what's best for the employees, they treat everyone like commission salespeople despite not paying commissions, top performing stores are punished with unattainable goals the next year, favoritism rampant, benefits have been sliced to the bone for full time employees
