I have been working at Best Buy (More than a year)

    Pros

    great discount, fun working enviroment

    Cons

Managers and superivors suck. They literally dont know what they doing, lack of knowledge. Its all about faveritism in this store. Female workers get treated better. Your work performance will always be rewarded with a piece of paper instead of giving a raise. Your hardwork will never be appreciated, since they only talk about how good your performance are and thats it, nothing realistic.

    Advice to Management

managers are too retarded to be helped. nah, not worth to give an advice.

I worked at Best Buy part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours and decent pay for a retail chain. Working environment was clean, the store made it a major priority to keep inventory stocked on shelves and everything neat and organized.

    Cons

The company fosters a much too competitive atmosphere amongst the staff. Unrealistic sales goals. Constant pressure to sell customers products they don't need just to get your number up.
