I worked at Best Buy part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good deals on some electronics, fun people to work with- everybody is easy going and it's not a difficult job at all.

    Cons

Hours- I was getting sometimes less than 20 hours per week, I feel like they won't hire full time employees even if you are excellent at your job- it's nearly impossible to make a living working at Best Buy unless you're corporate or management.

    Advice to Management

Look closely at the numbers of who really does a good job, not based on how long they've been there.
