    Advice to Management

Most of the time you guys are on point with all aspects of the business. More communication with all management would be helpful for the sales team and would filter down from there.

I worked at Best Buy part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some of the pros for working with Best buy were obviously the discounts on items which can be extremely cheap.

    Cons

You had a weekly sales goal that needs to be met and that can be stressful at times. There will always be angry customers but you just gotta know how to handle the situation

    Advice to Management

Upper management was lenient. Had a mix between micro managing and allowed employees to have control

I worked at Best Buy full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Employee benefits. Environment. Training. Company itself. They promote based off of work ethic and not off of seniority which is amazing.

    Cons

Lots of teenagers or immature people who create drama. People who work just for the paycheck and don't care about the job itself. Politics. Do not get involved with it. Even the strongest most mature person with great work ethic will undoubtedly find themselves hearing their name in some kind of drama.

    Advice to Management

Make sure the employees keep their focus on their job and not each other.
