    Pay, Training, clear leadership, willing to work with scheduling request, fun work environment, great employee discount, major holidays off, get to learn about new technology as it comes out, great coworkers, wonderful team environment

    Schedule varies, can be a bit boring when the store is slow, no health insurance benefits for part time staff

    Sales Training was provided. I was able to learn very valuable information.
    Although this was a training session that isn't always offered.

    Cons

    Pay is low considering the amount of impact you can have on a store.

    Offer more incentives to good employees to increase revenue.

    Pros

    Employee discounts (amazing on certain products), 401K, bonuses, employee recognition. Best Buy employees are fun to work with. Meet new people everyday.

    Cons

    Sometimes systems are down so customers get upset when we can't check certain things for them. There needs to be better benefits for part time employees like paid time off.

    Advice to Management

    Keeping doing a good job at recognizing employees for their hard work.
