    Pros

    Monthly bonuses (sometimes), employee discount, the inside scoop on new tech! The occasional free food from management and free merch

    Cons

    Employees get moved around a lot, so don't get comfortable. Management will throw you under the bus to look good. Blackout period

    Get better!

    Close to home and like working with Electronics and I would like Best Buy to be my first job

    Competition with the Best Buy home theater and lack of vision drom upper management to solve the issues.

    Design a better solution for HT core that arepaid hourly, to restrain from selling the same items that us as professional sales professionals in the MDC could do a much better job at educating and selling to our customers.

    Sales is almost always favorited which is understandable but everybody is needed for the success of the business.
