    I worked at Best Buy part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great company to work for. Long hours, but good pay. Good experience. If you want to learn more about technology and get relevant experience, then this is a good starting job.

    Cons

    Rude customers is really all that's bad about this job. You just have to learn how to block out the negativity you get from some people.

    Advice to Management

    Weekly meetings are great, especially regarding theft and how they're doing in sales.

    I have been working at Best Buy part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The discount, reasonable expectations and management. A fun place to work, probably the best job I've had out of 10 other companies.

    Cons

    Lazy coworkers, bad corporate process in some cases which leave the company paying for things that could be avoided and give more salary to the workers.

    Hire better staff, enforce policy rules more often than make exceptions which cost the company more money and causes less labor as a result.
