    Everyone was very nice and welcoming, and everything was well organized.

    Cons

    -sometimes it felt like I wasn't doing work that was useful, but overall a great experience

    - Amazing corporate culture, everyone is very willing to meet with you and give advice - Competitive pay for Summer Associate Interns ($16/hr) - Opportunities to meet with senior level employees within the company - Speaker series with key executives of the company (CEO, VP's) - Fun intern outings! (boat cruise, Dave & Buster's, ice cream social)

    All of the teams are great. Good culture. Decent employee discounts. Fun outings.

    Poor feedback. Not a lot of opportunities for growth. Inefficient legacy systems in use.

    Work roles at small companies are often less specialized than at larger firms allowing employees to wear more hats, interact with staff in more functional areas in these smaller work environments and get a better big picture view of operations.

    Pros

    Great office atmosphere and culture, nice people, great discount on products. My boss was engaging and thoughtful and wanted me to succeed.

    Cons

    Hard to get foot in door after internship. Was offered an extended internship and took it but at that time they didn't have a budget to hire.
